The Baltimore Entertainment Archive (BEARC) is a free, searchable database of the vibrant music culture of Baltimore, Maryland in the post-World War II era, approximately 1950-2000. It is an active archive, as we continue to seek out and document the story of Baltimore’s rich heritage of music and entertainment.
BEARC is a legacy project for the people of Baltimore, and a resource for lovers and researchers of Baltimore’s special style of American Music around the world: from country, to commercial, to society, to R&B and Northern Soul. IF you support this work, please support it with a donation. All donations go directly toward continued research and documentation, and ensuring its continuation into the future. Donations are processed through our GoFundMe.
Thank You.
